What this demo is

This is a public portfolio demo of Orbovance, a personal finance tracking app. All financial data shown in the demo is fictional and pre-seeded — no real financial data is collected, stored, or processed.

There is no legal entity, no incorporated company, and no commercial relationship behind this demo. It is maintained by an individual developer as a portfolio project.

What data the demo collects

• Try Demo (Path A — shared read-only account): No personal data is collected. You are signed into a shared, read-only demo account with fictional sample data. No email, name, or personal information is required or stored. A session token is created to load the demo data; it contains no personal identifiers.
• Create account (Path B — demo sign-up): Your email address is collected to verify your account. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with any third party. Your account and all associated data are automatically and permanently deleted within 3 days of sign-up.
• Contact form: If you submit the contact form, your name, email, and message are emailed to the operator via Resend and stored in Supabase. This data is used only to respond to your inquiry, is not shared with third parties, and is retained only as long as needed to respond and then deleted.

Cookies and session storage

The demo uses minimal cookies: a Supabase authentication session cookie to maintain your demo session, and standard infrastructure cookies set by Vercel. No advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies are used.

No real financial data

Do not enter any real financial data, real account numbers, real names, or any other real personal information into this demo. All data you enter (if using Path B) is automatically deleted within 3 days.

Third-party infrastructure

• Supabase — database and authentication. Demo account data (Path B email) and contact form submissions are stored here.
• Vercel — web hosting. Processes standard server request logs (IP address, browser type).
• Resend — email delivery. Contact form submissions are sent to the operator inbox via Resend.
• Anthropic (Claude API)— AI extraction. In the demo, any documents or transactions you interact with are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate draft results. The AI generates results based on demo inputs only — do not submit real financial data.
